Feras Mousilli is Managing Partner of Lloyd & Mousilli and advises business clients on a range of technology law issues.
He specializes in counseling technology companies from start-ups in their early formation and development, through support of multi-billion dollar operations of the largest companies in the world.
Before founding Lloyd & Mousilli, he served as Senior Corporate Counsel for both Apple Inc.
and Dell Inc.
Prior to serving as corporate counsel, Mr.
Mousilli practiced with DLA Piper in the intellectual property group.
Mr.
Mousilli is Co-Chair of the Arab Film & Media Institute, board member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and Guest Lecturer at the University of Texas School of Law.
He is the proud recipient of the Judge Suzanne Covington Pro Bono Award, Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine.
