My Goal is very simple: HELP MY CLIENT.Every Goal however, needs a plan.
My plan is to stick with my client from meeting them till after they close.1- Meeting my client and explain all the steps clearly, make sure they understand every aspect of buying or selling a home (this a vey important step in their life, taking it lightly is not advised).2-Start the process of either Selling their home or buying.
By now my client is confident and knows that they are in good, professional hands, they can lay back and let me do the work.3-Make every step of the process easy and stress free, whether buying or selling, it should be exiting not stressful.4- Make sure that I am available every time they need me.
Whether to answer a question or address any worries.If I promise anything it would be: that I will look for their best interest.
Mistakes will happen, if anybody promise that it won't they are inflating the truth, so mistakes will happen, but I can promise that I will be on top of it and make sure recovery happen quick.My conclusion is whether you are first time home buyer or an experienced investor or even a fellow realtor, I will make the whole process as easy as I can and enjoyable.
