Waled Elsaban is the Managing Partner of the Elsaban Law Firm PLLC.
Our practice primarily focuses on removal defense, family-sponsored, and humanitarian-based immigration law.
Notably, the Law Firm handles cancellation of removal, asylum, complex waivers, U visa, VAWA, TPS, naturalization, diversity (green card) lottery.
Waled holds a comprehensive understanding of how a criminal conviction could adversely impact the immigrant’s admissibility.
