The New You Salon opened its doors in 1970.
Over nearly 40 years, the New You has remained dedicated to providing its clients with the finest full service salon in Michigan.
This dedication runs throughout the New You’s accomplished and experienced staff of hairdressers, lash and waxing experts
The New You has grown over the years; both physically (we’ve expanded several times) and through service.
At the heart of the New You Salon is a friendly, no drama atmosphere.
Many of our friends (a.k.a.
Clients) have referred to the New You as their, "Cheers" of Birmingham.
As the New You grew, it gained a reputation as the leading salon for fine, limp and problem hair.
As we like to say, "We do the finest hair in town." The New You Salon is here to create a New You.

I started getting my hair done at New You when I was a little girl.
Coming here inspired me to become a stylist.
I want to give people the same amount of confidence I was given after coming to New You.
I love giving the perfect haircut, seeing people leave my chair smiling is the best part of my day.
Yasamin
Creative, versatile and passionate about her craft, Yasamin Aziz has been a successful hair artist over the past 10 years! Yasamin has many career accolades from which her experience has built its foundation on.
These include master stylist on major film sets, magazines, Detroit fashion week, weddings and Tapper's (Somerset).
She also was an in house Stylist for Quicken Loans and much more! Her expertise includes Balayage, Extensions, customized women and men scissor cuts, facial and body threading and more!
DEANNA
I have been a stylist in the Birmingham area for 27 years.
My commitment to educating my clientele has earned me a diverse client base.
My main goal is to give the client a style that they can make look amazing each and every day…not just once every six weeks when I cut and blow dry it.
I feel incredibly fortunate that I’ve found a career that resonates with me so perfectly.
A fresh look starts with lush color and a precise cut.
I look forward to giving you your perfect personal style.
I am available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
