My name is Michael Ghaly; I was born in Cairo, Egypt.
At one point in my life, I decided that my future lies somewhere else.
Therefore, I decided to move to the United States.
I immigrated to the United States at the age of 18; with little to no money and no family or friends, I have struggled a lot at a young age.
However, with the help of God and my church members, I was able to find a place to stay and a job.
After settling down in the United States, I decided to pursue my education and find my passion.
Therefore, I attended the University of South Florida where I obtained my Bachelor degree in Finance and also an M.
B.
A in Finance and International Business.
After obtaining my Bachelor degree, I was recruited by a major insurance company to work as an insurance adjuster.
For the past 10 years, I worked as a casualty insurance adjuster, for multiple insurance companies, adjusting injury claims and defending the insurance companies.
I was not passionate about what I did and I felt that my passion was not fulfilled working for the insurance industry.
I felt that I needed to do more with my life.
Ralph Emerson once said, “The purpose of life is not to be happy.
It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well. ” Therefore, I decided to obtain my Law degree to help others and to make a difference.
I obtained my Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and graduated with Honors.
After obtaining my Law degree, I was offered an opportunity with Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys to make a difference and to help the victims of automobile accidents.
As a former insurance adjuster, I know how it feels to be frustrated when the insurance company sits and does nothing.
And I know how it feels to be compensated much less for your claim because you do not have the legal representation.
Now as an attorney, I Live and strive to help others and fight for their legal rights.
