Malek Al-Kabob opened its doors in Taylor Michigan on January of 2006 by founding chefs Abu-Fahd and Abu-Snan, who after years of working side by side in kitchens, decided it was time to start their own venture.
This time, with their own ideas of a great menu to offer diners, made up of dishes they have perfected over the decades.
Today, Malek has become noted as one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants in the Detroit Metro.
The restaurant has become a popular destination for visitors and full of satisfied locals who are always proud to invite their guests "to taste real Middle Eastern food."
