Los Angeles is where I grew up and graduated from college with an Engineering degree.
My wife and I moved to Orange County in 1971 where we worked, volunteered, raised our children, and invested in real estate.
My 40 year career as an engineer was rewarding and gave me a keen sense of detail in all areas, including contracts; but my interest in real estate and my desire to help people led me into a new career as a realtor in 2003.
Since then I have worked with buyers and sellers in Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties.
My sales have included condos, single family homes, apartment buildings, and vacant land.
