The Center was established on December 11, 2001 to serve the local and growing vibrant Muslim community in Kansas.
The Center is a “Not for Profit” Islamic organization registered and incorporated in the State of Kansas, USA.
The Center is Tax Exempt under the rules of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the State of Kansas 501 (c) (3) Code.The Center is located at 14750 W 143rd street, Olathe, KS 66062.
It was purchased and is owned by the local Muslim Community as Islamic Center of Kansas (ICK) on December 2005.
It is also registered as an Islamic Trust (Waqf) with North American Islamic Trust (NAIT)."
