In 2013 Hysam decided to get his real estate license since prior to that he was making his own deals.
As a franchise business owner having own distribution across the US from New York all the way to Los Angeles, Hysam was able to gain a diverse experience in the Real Estate including investment property, business acquisitions, and commercial property sales.
Having traveled enough and settling back home in the Southeast Tri-county Michigan area, he figured why not apply the skills he acquired across the country by working with fortune 500 companies and buy and sell real estate? He has purchased homes and stripped them to their bare bones, constructed new additions by keeping with old neighborhood standards, and selling them for a good buck or two.
His passion is helping people solve their real estate needs.
