Mr.
Hormuzd Henry Ezzati earned his bachelor of science degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is an active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
With a niche focus on United States immigration and nationality law, Mr.
Ezzati has been involved in multiple immigration cases on issues such as the retroactive application of immigration laws and administrative decisions, the EB-5 investor program, federal district court lawsuits to compel administrative action, consular non-reviewability litigation.
In addition, Henry also represents individual and corporate interests in the negotiations of contracts in a full range of subjects including purchase and sale of businesses, real estate sales, as well as formation of corporate entities and limited liability companies.
