Dr. Hanin Al-Rubai, the daughter of highly respected dentists, learned at an early age the value of a caring dental practice to a community.
Her parents’ influence nurtured and strengthened her desire to follow in their footsteps by providing that same level of care and expertise in her own practice.
In 2007 Dr. Al-Rubai earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Baghdad College of Dentistry.
She then relocated to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where she provided dental care and served as a faculty member in one of the highly regarded dental schools.
After moving to the United States, Dr. Al-Rubai completed the program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.
Dr. Al-Rubai has almost ten years of experience.
She finds that each patient presents a unique dental puzzle, and she is intrigued by the challenge of solving that puzzle.
As a doctor, she recognizes the trust her patients place in her and truly values her relationship with them.
Dr. Al-Rubai’s commitment to her patients requires her to remain on the cutting edge of dentistry at all times, which she achieves by frequently attending dental conferences and taking online courses that focus on the latest advancements in topics such as oral surgery, root canal treatment, cosmetic procedures, and restorations.
She volunteers at the Mid-Maryland Mission of Mercy and at mobile dental clinics in Virginia.
While not practicing dentistry, Dr. Al-Rubai enjoys her family time with her husband and two children.
She speaks English and Arabic fluently.
