Fattoush is a new restaurant that has opened on Lancaster avenue in Malvern in the location previously occupied by the King Street Grill and right near Margaret Kuo's.
It's run by Roger of Roger's Bistro in West Chester who consistently earns 5 star tripadvisor reviews for not only the incredible quality of his cooking but also for his warmth and hospitality! Right now the restaurant is open for dinner in a soft opening as Roger "tweaks" the menu.
Presently there are many classic Mediterranean dishes including hummus, falafel, baba ganoush, kibbe, lamb and chicken.
The restaurant space is light and airy will a nice palette of colors on the walls, ceilings and floors.
