At the height of the downturn in the Florida market in 2008, Dawood was presented with an incredible opportunity to team up with a real estate developer to market Florida properties to Canadian investors.
His specialty covers all facets of real estate including luxury resale properties (condos, homes, estates, and townhouses), ground-up new developments/conversion sales and marketing, site acquisitions, investment sales to assisting in interior design.
Licensed for over 10 years and fluent in English and Arabic, Amongst his latest endeavours has been launching The Azur Resort which helps domestic & international buyers find primary and secondary residences for investment, vacation/second, and retirement homes in Florida.
