Danielle represents employers in a broad spectrum of employment matters, including handling claims under various federal and state laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
She defends clients in wage and hour disputes, including California Private Attorney General Act cases.
Danielle regularly defends against discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims before regulatory bodies like the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Additionally, she offers compliance counseling on issues such as EEO, COVID-19 regulations, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
Danielle earned her JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and her BA from the University of California, Irvine, where she made the Dean’s list.
