Charles Salem Hallab is an equity partner at the law firm of Mayer Brown, where he advises clients on a variety of cross border corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, complex commercial arrangements, restructurings, integrations and other transactions.
He leads the International Joint Venture and Strategic Alliance Practice for the Firm and chairs the Middle East Practice.
He also maintains other firm leadership roles in respect of EMEA, ESG and the Washington DC Office.His practice regularly involves multiple aspects of expanding, contracting or operating internationally, including Compliance, Intellectual Property, Employment, ESG, Disputes (e.g., arbitration), Finance, Tax, as well as other key strategic issues and critical problem solving endeavors.
