Business Owner The Hedary family has ben a staple for years in the DFW area The family moved to the states back in 1976 after leaving a 300 set restaurant located on the out securts of beiruit do to the civil war in Lebanon.of all places the the Hedary family seteled if Fort Worth Texas, Antoione Hedary and wife Liala Heday with their nine children opend their first restaurant in Fort Worth Texas on White settlement road , after being in bussines for a year they missed the home land , they sold the restaurant and went back to Lebanon, 15 day's later they were back in the USA, thing in Lebanon had gotten worth do to the war, they restablished Hedary's in Fort Worth Texas with their freind Bill debose ,after a wille the partnership took a turn and Antoine Hedary became the sol propieter , all nine childern worked the Hedary's ,now thirt three years later all kid have grown up and wanted to be in the business They are operating the original Hedary's , Byblos near the Stockyard, Alen TX.
