With most being open late night, he wondered why there was no option for this in Dallas.
We needed something different than pizza or tacos after a night out! After many visits and trying hundreds of carts, he approached a NY local foodie friend with the idea to bring the delicious halal cart concept to the Big D.
With the mastered home grown perfected recipes, Saad and Saad's fiancè Audrey were able to bring Big Guys Chicken and Rice to Deep Ellum in 2016.
