History
Established in 2018.
In July 2018, BOTR debuted its 80-seat riverfront patio filled with Indonesian daybeds, Moroccan lanterns and lush greenery.
A year later, the interior area was unveiled transforming the Loop venue into an otherworldly space by means of the 1913 Nashville jewelry shop installed inside it.
Out front, a weather-permitting patio echoes the Morocco-meets-Bali vibe.
Mirroring the restaurant's design, Executive Chef Marcos Campos' cuisine takes a global approach, melding ingredients from around the world.
Bold flavors, original combinations and creative presentations are hallmarks of Campos' culinary style.
Cocktails are inventive and colorful, often finding inspiration in ingredients from the kitchen, creating a harmonious relationship between what's being served on the plates and in the glasses.
