Born in Sierra Leone, attorney Dagher immigrated to the U.S.
in 1978.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1992.

Dagher is fluent in Arabic and is familiar with multiple aspects of trade and commerce in the Middle East and North Africa Region (MENA).
