It officially began in July 2013 and is a restaurant/catering business that is currently based out of my home.
I chose to open a restaurant in order to give the people of Detroit a unique option for soul food and barbecue.
What makes my restaurant so unique are the fresh halal/kosher meats, which are a healthier option, that are prepared fresh daily and still have the same great taste of your favorite soul food dishes.
Ahmad’s Kitchen target markets are not only the Muslim and Jewish communities but, also anyone else who enjoys eating fresh meats and delicious food
