Most notably, Abe successfully represented Ty Inc., in consumer fraud litigation.
He has also been involved in settling hundreds of cases involving multimillion-dollar awards.
He is well known for taking on challenging cases and winning; including his involvement in a catastrophic injury case that required petitioning the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
As a result of the favorable decision rendered by the Court, the case ultimately settled for $10 million.
Of note, four prior attorneys rejected this case due to its complex nature.
However, Abe took on the challenge and succeeded.
